Operator and scope
This policy applies to the pilgrimage and travel information and enquiry service at travelkedemjordan.com, operated by KEDEM JORDAN. Public guides do not require registration. Use the privacy request link below to contact the operator about your information.
Enquiries: information and purpose
The enquiry form collects your name, reply email, topic, message, selected language and submission time. We use these for replies, follow-up and spam prevention, not for advertising targeting or transmission to Google advertising services. Do not submit passport numbers, payment details, health information, religious beliefs or other sensitive information. Enquiries are retained while needed for responses and follow-up; the operator deletes information that is no longer needed or when a deletion request is fulfilled. Enquiry records currently have no automatic expiry period.
Site statistics and device storage
Our own statistics store aggregated view counts by date, page path and country. The statistics table does not store names, emails, full IP addresses or individual visitor IDs, and is not linked to enquiry messages. Aggregates help us understand and improve the site. Your language choice is saved in browser local storage (kedem-language) until you clear the site's data.
Google AdSense, cookies and third-party advertising
This site includes Google AdSense connection code. When providing ads, Google and its advertising partners may place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers to collect and use information. Purposes may include ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalized advertising. Google may use visits to this and other websites for advertising. External services and transfers
We use OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for hosting, storage and security. If enquiry email notifications are configured, names, emails and messages are sent to the operator through Resend. Loading weather (Open-Meteo), fonts (jsDelivr), external images and Google ads may transmit connection information such as IP addresses and browser details to those providers. Following external map or reference links subjects you to that provider's policy. Providers may process information outside your country; their own policies govern their processing and retention.
Access, correction, deletion and choices
Use the privacy request link below to request access, correction, deletion or cessation of processing. We may ask for minimal information, such as the email used for your enquiry, to verify the request. Manage Google personalized ads in My Ad Center, and cookies and local storage in your browser's site-data settings. Disabling personalized ads does not remove all ads. This policy does not replace any regional advertising consent process that may be required.
Protection and updates
Enquiry and content administration are restricted through operator authentication; transmissions use HTTPS. The operator manages information for the stated purposes. Changes to processing will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Effective and last updated: 19 October 2026.
